Properties of low-temperature ytterbium condensates grown in helium gas

Description
The singularities of electronic properties and crystallization mechanisms of ytterbium amorphous films, obtained by low-temperature condensation in a gas helium medium (at a partial pressure of 2,3 centre dot 10-3 -7 Pa) are investigated. The changes of conductance, magnetoresistance and Hall effect with annealing the films are studied. The respective changes of carries density and mobility are calculated within the framework of the two-band model. A model of transformating the structure of the low-temperature condensates of gas-saturated ytterbium on an annealing is proposed
