Oh symmetry and parametrization of octupole deformation

Description

Parametrization of quadrupole plus octupole deformed potential is discussed when the intrinsic frame is defined in the same way as in pure quadrupole deformation case. It is shown that the intrinsic frame can be uniquely defined when only pure octupole deformation of fermion system is considered and a parametrization of the potential was given in this intrinsic frame
