Analysing method of spent fuel
Description
Object: To measure neutrons released from a spent fuel to thereby effect quantitative analysis of formation quantity of Cm-242 and Cm-244 in the form of nondestructive transuranium element. Structure: In the quantitative analysis of formation quantity of transuranium element formed within spent fuel, neutrons released from the spent fuel so that difference of half life of the transuranium released from the neutrons may be utilized to determine the formation quantity of curium-242 and curium-244.
