Processes of primary radiation defect formation near dislocations and dislocation loops

Description
The results of modelling calculations of dislocations and dislocation loops influence on formation and development of atom-atom collision chains are given. Processes of Frenkel pair formation are considered. An effect of ''dynamic preference'' was observed. 7 refs.; 3 figs. (J.P.)
