Description
Based on Ooshida Takeshi equation, the evolutions of both single and double hump solitary waves on falling film at moderate Reynolds number are analyzed using the Auto2000. The dependence of wave velocity on Reynolds number is analyzed, and the results are in agreement with the previous theoretical and experimental results. Mean-while, it is revealed that the amplitude of both solitary waves increases with Reynolds number, while decreases with Weber number. (authors)
