Stable transformer direct-current transducer

Description

The possibility of using a three-phase d.c. transformer as a precision d.c. transducer is investigated. An electric circuit is presented for measuring the relationship between the transformation ratio and the transducer supply voltage. The experimental results have been used to calculate the stabilization factor of the d.c. transformer, which is between 100 and 200. The three-phase d.c. transformer supplied with 220 V+-5% voltage provides for a relative measurement accuracy of about 5x10-5 and may, therefore, be used as a d.c. transducer with the accuracy class of 1x10-4
