Optimum conditions of surface irradiation by electron beam

Description

Calculations of distributions of electron absorbed energy in the geometry of the system: exit window foil-air-specimen surface, using the Monte-Carlo method have been made. The calculations permits to substantiate selection of the optimal regimes of radiation treatment of the surface. The optimal value of electron energy agrees well with the experiment, inparticular, for radiation-induced solidification of lacquer coatings
