Integrated method for cleaning and flushing an internal combustion engine

This patent describes an integrated method for changing oil in and cleaning interior passages and components of an internal combustion engine having an internal oil lubrication distribution passage system, an oil filter and an oil reservoir. It comprises: removing waste oil form the oil reservoir into a suitable waste oil storage receptacle exterior to the internal combustion engine; introducing a flushing fluid into the oil reservoir by passing the flushing fluid through the oil filter and then through the internal oil distribution passage system into the oil reservoir; removing the introduced from the internal combustion engine into a suitable waste flushing fluid storage receptacle exterior to the internal combustion engine; and introducing fresh engine oil into the internal combustion engine
