Description
Escape and damping properties of Gamow-Teller resonances are studied within a selfconsistent microscopic model. Predicted branching ratios are compared with recent data from coincidence measurements. A general satisfactory agreement is found, although calculated results show sensitivity to effective interactions. ((orig.))
