Shadow ionography of germanium single crystal
Description
Shadow effect is studied at the interaction of the 20Ne, 40Ar and Ge ions with germanium single crystal in the 4-12 MeV energy range. The angular width of the shadow minimum is dependent on a particle mass number, then particle deflection by the crystallographic direction atomic row is accompanied by an observable recoil influence. Shadow minima parameters are measured as a function of the ion dose, the results are compared with these obtained previously for GaP single crystal
