Films of high-temperature superconductor Y-Ba-Cu-O on flexible substrate
Description
High-temperature superconductor films are produced on flexible substrates with the possibility of performing continuous technological process of producing long-dimensional film superconducting materials. It is shown that application of preliminarly oxidezed nickel foil as a substrate allows one to grow flexible long-dimensional samples of film high-temperature superconducting (HTS) material by means of pulverization pyrolysis
