Description

Following radiation treatment the rat rhabdomyosarcoma R1H is massively infiltrated by host cells, mainly mononuclear phagocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils. In this study the changes are analyzed which occur within the mixed population of mononuclear phagocytes (i.e. monocytes plus macrophages) after local irradiation of the tumour with 15 Gy of X-rays.
