Description
The paper presents the results of a study of the dependence of the change in synthesis conditions from structural and magnetic characteristics of Ni nanotubes. Dependences of the effect of deposition conditions from the concentration of microstresses and dislocations in the crystal structure, as well as the change in the main parameters characterizing the crystal lattice, are established. Analysis of hysteresis loops made it possible to determine that the synthesized nanotubes belong to the class of magnetically soft materials with small coercivity and sufficiently large saturation magnetization. At the same time, the presence of oxide impurities in the structure leads to a deterioration of structural properties, the appearance of amorphous inclusions in the structure, which cause the deterioration in magnetic characteristics of synthesized nanotubes.
