Thermonuclear device
Description
Purpose: To enable highly efficient operation by lowering electric power loss as low as possible upon operating a thermonuclear device with superconducting magnetic field coils. Constitution: Superconductive magnetic field coils excited from a power source by way of a power feed line are contained within a container, in which liquefied helium is injected and it is circulated in a manner capable of recovery. The container is further contained in another container and low temperature liquefied gases are injected through a cooling tube attached into the container. The power feed line is made of the conductive material whose electric resistance is to be reduced by the low temperature liquefied gases, and the low temperature liquefied gas on the side of the main body of thermonuclear device are released into the atmosphere after passing through (blowing to) the power feed line.
