Study of deep levels in InSb by the method of magnetic circular dichroism
Creators
Description
Deep levels in InSb defined by the structural crystal lattice defects were studied by the method of magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) within the lambda=10.6 μm spectrum range. The MCD of InSb monocrystal samples were studied at a temperature of 230+-0.5 K, at which the false dichroism due to the magneto-optical rotation and radiation interference in a sample is negligible. The conducted investigations have shown the MCD method to be applicable for qualitative determination of a concentration of local centers in InSb
