Phase transformation of amorphous AgInS2 films

Description
Using kinematic electron diffraction method it was investigated the kinetics of phase transformations proceeding in AgInS2 amorphous films obtained by vacuum deposition as in conditions absence of any external influences, so in conditions of electrical field with intensity 2000 V*sm-1. The crystallization growth dimensionality at crystallization of AgInS2 amorphous films equal to two and also energy of activation nucleation 48.2 kkal/mol and crystal growth activation energies 38.4 kkal/mol have been determined. The electric field promotes reception of amorphous films with steadier condition
