The combined effect of lead and ionizing radiation on the structural and functional state of immune system cell
- 1. International A. Sakharov environmental univ., Minsk (Belarus)
Description
In the work was held carried out by fluorescence spectroscopy the in vitro analysis of the effect of lead acetate (0.40 mg/l) on the physic-chemical state of the plasmatic membrane and the content of calcium ions in the thymocytes of irradiation rats. It was found that acetate leads to increase of content [Ca2+]i in thymocytes of irradiated rats. The observed effect is due to changes in the structural state of plasmatic membranes of thymocytes (authors)
