Thermally stimulated center-center transitions in massive and thin film SrF2:Gd3+ crystallophosphors

Description
Photoluminescenoe spectra of massive and thin-film SrF2:Gd3+ crystallophosphors for various sample temperatures have been studied. Pedistribution in the line intensities of tetragonal centres (Csub(4v)-dipole complexes) is shown to testify to transitions between the centres. The absence of mutual transitions in films sputtered onto a cold substrate up to a temperature of 850 K is detected
