Description
The properties of excess electrons in non-polar liquids have been studied for more than 30 years. Here, pertinent results are reviewed and discussed with respect to the possibility of studying electron-molecule interactions with low energy electrons in the liquid phase. Some new results on the estimate of the electron lifetime in the delocalized state in liquid hydrogen are presented. (author)
