Description

Highly sensitive methods of determining U and Pu concentrations in water coolants and liquid radioactive waste (LRW) are described. The methods are developed for solving the problems of radiation, nuclear and ecological safety, where occurring at operation and decommissioning of nuclear and Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) reactors. The methods are specified by a high sensitivity, a low detection limit for U and Pu and ease of their employing. The methods are tried when carrying out an analysis of coolants and LRW of the research water-cooled water-moderated reactor IVV-2M and the reactors AMB-100 and AMB-200 of the Beloyarskaya NPP
