Influence of oxygen redistribution in yttrium HTSCs on their normal and superconducting properties

Description
The anomaly is identified in the vicinity of the Tmax ∼ 560 K on the curves of the temperature dependence of the electric resistance of the samples of the phase 123 yttrium high-temperature superconductors. The conclusion is made on the existence of the structural phase transitions in the Tmax area, which is conditioned by the oxygen redistribution in the mobile sublattice of this compound. It is shown by the examples of the samples with the replacement of Y by Ca, that the structural phase transition does not depend on the carriers concentration in the conductivity zone

Обнаружена аномалия в окрестности Tmax ∼ 560 K на кривых температурной зависимости электросопротивления образцов иттриевых высокотемпературных сверхпроводников фазы 123. На основе данных рентгенофазового анализа сделан вывод о существовании структурного фазового перехода в окрестности Tmax, который вызван перераспределением кислорода в мобильной подрешетке данного соединения. На примере образцов с частичным замещением Y на Ca показано, что структурный фазовый переход не зависит от концентрации носителей в зоне проводимостиAdditional details
