Description
In this paper we describe how path reconstruction of scattered particles can be used to improve the resolution of magnetic spectrometers. Correction matrix elements can be optimized off-line. The method described resulted in a resolution of 7x10-5 over the full solid angle for the QDD spectrometer at the NIKHEF-K electron scattering facility. (orig.)
