Standard for diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and the population living in radioactively contaminated areas. Appendix 3
Description
Automatic translation: The presence of persistent obstructive syndrome and pulmonary emphysema in patients with COPD is accompanied by generally recognized functional changes in the respiratory system, which, first of all, are characterized by a progressive decrease in bronchial patency and diffusion capacity of the lungs. The development of mild pulmonary fibrosis in COPD practically does not attract the attention of researchers.
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
