Radiation technologies of sterilization of medical tools and drags

Description

Radiation technology line is created on the base of EhLU-6 electron accelerator of the Almaty State Univ. for sterilization of expendable medical instruments, drugs and materials and devices processing. There are electron accelerator, system of cooling and parameters measurement, chain conveyor and automated control system in content of the technological line. EhLU-6 accelerator has following parameters: kinetic energy of accelerated electrons is up to 6 MeV; full maximum current of the beam is equal to 700 μA, beam sweep by vertical is equal to 450 mm. The sterilization of the samples has been carried out by fast electrons or stopping γ-quanta received on tungsten target. The technological line allows quickly and qualitatively to carry out the sterilization in a large volumes
