Description
1 - Description of program or function: PSACON is a utility program for the PSAOUT-I standard output files produced in probabilistic system assessment simulations for radioactive waste management studies. It carries out the following tasks: - conversion from binary to coded (EBCDIC/ASCII) form; - conversion from coded (EBCDIC/ASCII) to binary form; - copy from binary to binary; - copy from coded (EBCDIC/ASCII) to coded (EBCDIC/ASCII); - provide an edited summary of the file content. 2 - Method of solution: The conversion and copying follows the standard interface format description of PSAOUT-I. 3 - Restrictions on the complexity of the problem: This version uses fixed dimensions and allows: 50 radionuclides; 900 run parameters; 500 time points; 600 lines for storing run documentation
