Dislocation structure of hiah-pure tungsten monocrystals after electro-spark treatment
Description
The variation of the dislocation structure of high-pure tungsten monocrystals after electro-spark machining is investigated. It has been found that the layer depth with a broken dislocation structure is increased with the crystal purity and treatment regime increase and with the cut off samples thickness decrease. The observed features are explained by a high dislocation mobility in the volume of high-pure monacrystals
