Achievement of training to strengthen the operation and maintenance technology with a mock-up unit of abnormal situations on water/pump transfer systems

Description
In order to strengthen the operation and maintenance technology of the fluid transfer system composed of pumps, pipes, and etc., it is very important toward a safety and stable operation to experience not only the normal operation but also abnormal situation directly with an actual sized hardware such as cavitation, water hammer, leakage, and etc. which are occurred by mal-operation, or aging of equipment. We developed training equipment for the purpose of both preventing and early detecting these abnormal situations. We introduce the overview of the specification and achievement of training of operation, diagnosis, and maintenance as bellow.
