Для снижения содержания радионуклидов в грибах их нужно отварить 2-3 раза в течение 30-60 минут в подсоленной воде с добавлением уксуса или лимонной кислоты, сливая отвар. При вымачивании пластинчатых грибов (грузди, зеленка и др.) в течение 12 часов содержание цезия-137 снижается в 1,5-2 раза.Files
