Search for anomalous states of nuclear matter in targets bombarded by relativistic protons

Description
We report measurements of neutron and γ activities of targets bombarded several years ago by relativistic protons. We have determined upper limits of the cross sections for production of neutron emitters in proton-nucleus collisions. Long-lived γ radiation was detected in the energy region 4--10 MeV and the cross section for production of such long-lived γ emitters has been estimated
