Description
Highlights: • At 1st irradiation cycle Cu-based precipitates are formed (P,Si,Ni,Mn-enriched). • At 2nd irradiation cycle Cu-P-based precipitates are formed (Si,Ni,Mn-enriched). • 2nd irradiation leads to matrix Cu depletion with no return at re-annealing. • At 3rd irradiation cycle precipitates are P-based in weld and Si-based in base metal. • Matrix P depletion in base metal is observed due to grain boundary segregation.
