Domain structure on U3P4 single crystals at low temperatures

Description
The domain structure in U3P4 single crystals was investigated at the temperature of 10 K. The changes in the domains configuration caused by an external magnetic field directed along different crystallographic directions were studied. The structures of domain walls lying in the (110) and (100) planes have been analysed. The domain wall energy in the ''monoatomic'' approximation has been determined. (orig.)
