Sphalerons in the two-doublet Higgs model

Description
The sphaleron structure in the two-doublet Higgs model is examined and an upper and lower bound for the sphaleron energy is obtained. Several illustrative parameter configurations are considered, and a useful estimate for the sphaleron energy, in terms of the sphaleron energy of a related one-doublet model, is given. (orig.)
