Description

The compilation comprises all legal instruments and proposals for legal instruments of the European Communities in the field of environmental protection which were incorporated in the EDP-aided compilation of the Federal Office for Environmental Protection, specialized field 'Juristic Environmental Issues'. It replaces the preceding compilation as of July 15, 1985, November 1, 1986, December 1, 1988 and March 1, 1991. The volume is subdivided into the sections: General information, regional development law, nature preservation law, law on water pollution control, refuse law, imission control law, atomic energy law, energy and mining law, law on dangerous materials and law on environmental health. Abstract (German)

Die Zusammenstellung enhaelt saemtliche Rechtsakte und Vorschlaege fuer Rechtsakte der Europaeischen Gemeinschaften auf dem Gebiet des Umweltschutzes, die in die EDV-gestuetzte Sammlung des Umweltbundesamtes, Fachgebiet Rechtswissenschaftlichen Umweltfragen, aufgenommen wurden. Sie ersetzt die vorhergehende Zusammenstellung nach dem Stande vom 15. Juli 1985, 1. November 1986, 1. Dezember 1988 und 1. Maerz 1991. Der Band gliedert sich in die Abschnitte: Allgemeines, Recht der raeumlichen Entwicklung, Naturpflegerecht, Gewaesserschutz-, Abfall-, Immissionsschutz-, Atom-, Energie- und Berg-, Gefahrstoff- und Umweltgesundheitsrecht.
