Mechanism of photo chromic effect in double doped lithium niobate crystals
Description
Experimental study of photo chromic effect in LiNbO3 crystals codoped with Fe:Mn and Fe:Cu has been carried out. To account for the observed effects a balance model based on the charge transfer between different types of impurity centers is proposed. 8 refs
