Radiation effects of 60Co γ rays, electrons and protons on CMOS operational amplifiers

Description
The CMOS operational amplifiers LF7650 were subjected to irradiation by 60Co γ rays, 1 MeV electrons and protons of 4, 7 and 30 MeV, respectively, and the radiation responses under these irradiation conditions were studied. The annealing measurements were also performed on the radiation damage caused by 60Co γ rays and 1 MeV electrons at room temperature and 100 degree C respectively. The reason why different rays (in species and energies) cause different responses was discussed, and an explanation was given to the difference in response characteristics between CMOS analogue and digital circuits
