Phase transitions and peculiar features of physical properties in the system of isostructural sodium-lithium-cadmium niobates

Description
Ferroelectric solid solutions (SS) of the NaNbO3-LiNbO3-CdNb2O6 ternary system have been prepared for the first time all the system components belonging to different structural types. Phase transitions occurring in the system with changes in the component concentration and temperature are considered. The existence of three regions of morphotropic transitions intersecting the formation of the region of three-phase equilibrium is estabished the phase diagram of the system at 293 K is plotted
