Description
Rogaland Central Hospital was the first hospital in Norway where magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was available. 200 patients have so far been investigated. Preliminary experiences in tumor patients are presented and ten illustrative case reports are given. The technique is very important in the diagnosis of central nervous system tumours, especially those in the posterior fossa and spinal cord
