Description
By using the Resonance Ionization Spectroscopy (RIS) approach and atomic beam technique, the 5sns and 5snd Rydberg series and (5p1/2ns)sub(J = 1), (5p1/2nd)sub(J = 1,3) autoionizing series of Sr have been observed. Also the energy levels and quantum defects of 5sns and 5snd for more than seventy Rydberg states of Sr have been measured. (author)
