Regularities of intermediate adsorption complex relaxation

The experimental data, characterizing the regularities of intermediate adsorption complex relaxation in the polycrystalline Mo-N2 system at 77 K are given. The method of molecular beam has been used in the investigation. The analytical expressions of change regularity in the relaxation process of full and specific rates - of transition from intermediate state into ''non-reversible'', of desorption into the gas phase and accumUlation of the particles in the intermediate state are obtained
