Classical theory of fast particle radiation in crystals
Description
Studied is the radiation of soft photons by fast particles, moving in a crystal in the vicinity of one of the crystallographical planes. General formulas for the spectral distribution and intensity of radiation are obtained, which are valid in the case of arbitrary potentials. The spectrum and the full intensity of radiation are determined both under the conditions of channeling and its absence. Analyzed is the dependence of radiation intensity on the moving particle charge sign, on the crystal temperature and on its angular scattering of beam particles
