Nucleonic control systems in industries. Present status and new development in the world

Description

As the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has done a lot of efforts on technical development of radiation applied measurement apparatus and on technical transfer to the developing nations, IAEA plans to open a advisory group meeting (titled on the 'Emerging of new nucleonic control systems in industry' at her Wien Headquarter on May, 1998, to intend to do her best at this field. Author had a chance to enter this meeting and the fourth meeting on the Industrial Radiation and Radioisotopes Measurement Applications under cooperation of the American Nuclear Society, and so forth on October, 1999, to estimate some earnest feelings on present condition and new development in foreign nations. Here were described on what is the nucleonic control systems (NCS) ?, NCS in the world and its new trend, and out of its new researches and developments by summarizing what the author has collected through literatures, E-mails, internets and so forth.
