Annual report on the implementation of prescriptions of the 4. periodic re-examination of 900 MWe reactors - 2021. Annual answer to the article 3 of the decision n. 2021-DC-0706 of the nuclear safety Authority of the 23 February 2021

After a presentation of its context and scope, this publication proposes an assessment and lessons learned from the on-site implementation of arrangements issued from the 4. periodic re-examination performed in 2021, from compliance verification, from tests of the 4. periodic re-examination, from the implementation of equipment modifications in 2021, and from the implementation of document modifications and studies in 2021. It briefly presents the planning of prescriptions which remain to be performed from 2022. The next part discusses the internal and external industrial capacity to implement prescriptions on time. It finally discusses the risk of a non-compliance with deadlines and prescriptions, and implemented countermeasures
