Symmetric interactions in cluster systems

Description
Based on previous results the following questions are discussed concerning further generalizations. Can the shell model and the cluster model share a symmetric Hamiltonian? Is it possible to derive a systematic mass-number-dependence of the Hamiltonian for simple cluster configurations, based on the multichannel dynamic symmetry? (author)
