Description

The origins of the inconsistencies in the experimental data were analysed. An analytical method was proposed. The acoustic generation mechanism in liquids was examined. The results from proposed method are inconsistent with any significant contribution from either microbubble formation or molecular dissociation. The thermoacoustic mechanism is dominant
