Signal and noise characteristics of YBa2Cu3O7-x/Al2O3 bridges in millimeter range

Description
The investigation results of volt-ampere characteristics and noise characteristics of bridges of YBa2Cu3O7-x on substrates of Al2O3, as well as parameters of SHF detectors on their bases are presented. Investigations were carried out at signal frequency 72 GHz. Characteristics obtained are noticeably higher (Tc, δTc, jc at 4.2 K) than for analogous structures, and volt-watt sensitivity of detectors on their bases at the same temperature approximates to the sensitivity of integral Josephson detectors with transitions from Nb
