Description
The articles of this decree address the articulation between the PNGMDR (national plan for the management of radioactive materials and wastes) and orientations of the French energy policy, the governance of the management of radioactive materials and wastes, the management of radioactive materials, the warehousing of spent fuels, the management of very-low-activity wastes, the management of long-lived high and medium activity wastes, the management of some specific categories of wastes, and the taking of environmental, health and economic stakes into account in waste management.
