Investigation of peculiarities of edge magnetoplasmon propagation in a sheet of surface electrons

Description
The new mode of edge-magnetoplasmons in a sheet of surface electrons over liquid helium is investigated by using a new method for the excitation and registration. The experiments are carried out at frequencies of 1.5 to 3 MHz in magnetic fields up to 0.5 T at temperatures from 0.6 to 0.9 K. The results obtained are compared with theoretical models available
