Nonlinear electrical behaviour of WO3-based ceramics
Description
Electrical properties of ceramics on the of tungsten oxide are studied. It is found that the tungsten oxide ceramics has nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic with nonlinearity coefficient about 6 by electrical field intensity of 60-200 V/cm. Effect of sodium, manganese, aluminium, nickel, barium and iron additions on nonlinear electrical properties of the tungsten oxide ceramics is studied. The values for the electro-conductivity activation energy of the ceramics under study are obtained within the temperature range of 230-420 K
Abstract (Russian)
Исследованы электрические свойства керамики на основе оксида вольфрама. Обнаружено, что вольфрамоксидная керамика имеет нелинейную вольт-амперную характеристику с коэффициентом нелинейности порядка 6 при напряженности электрического поля 60-100 В/см. Изучено влияние добавок оксидов натрия, марганца, алюминия, никеля, бария и железа на нелинейные электрические свойства вольфрамоксидной керамики.
