The RAMI stands for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Inspectability. This paper describes not only some effective techniques and measures for RAMI assessment but also a RAMI process performed during the design and development phase, except software activities. The purpose of the RAMI activity is to make sure that all components in a system are available during the operation phase and maintain their performances under operational conditions
