Nonvisual methods of the study of lamination and heterogeneity of the ferrite garnet films in thickness (review)

Description
Non-visual methods in studying lamination and heterogeneity of the epitaxial single crystal ferrite garnet films in thickness are considered. It is shown that all single crystal ferrite garnet films grown by the liquid phase epitaxy method from supercooled solution-melt possess transition surface layers of the film-substrate and film-air types
